What type of therapy can I expect?
We use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify and alter thinking patterns that maintain negative emotions and/or problematic behavior.
How long will therapy last?
Treatment is usually short-term. The number of sessions varies with each patient's situation, but on average they will last ten to twelve sessions.
Will my insurance pay for therapy?
Many insurance companies do pay for therapy and psychological evaluation. We are happy to bill your insurance company. We accept cash and checks only. We do not accept debit nor credit cards. We encourage you to call your insurance company before your appointment to determine benefits.
